About the Office

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Karol is a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. His office offers law students the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the functioning of the Supreme Court, legal research, and judicial processes.

Internship Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth legal research on various laws and precedents

• Assisting in preparation of case briefs and notes for hearings

• Drafting and summarizing legal issues for consideration

• Observing court proceedings to understand judicial decision-making

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to law students enrolled in a recognized law school in India

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Keen interest in constitutional law, litigation, and judicial processes

• Applicants must be in their 3rd – 5th Year [5 Year LLB] or 2nd – 3rd Year [3 Year LLB].

Mode of Internship

• Physical (Supreme Court of India, New Delhi)

Duration

• Rolling basis, October 2025 to January 2026

Stipend

• Unpaid
