Job Role and Responsibilities

Senior Associate with 4–5 years PQE to join our Arbitration Team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters independently

• Draft pleadings, legal notices and client communications

• Conduct detailed and efficient legal research

• Manage client interactions and case strategies

• Work collaboratively in a solution-driven and detail-oriented manner

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. graduate with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience

• Proficient in commercial litigation and arbitration practices

• Strong drafting, research and communication skills

• Must be proactive, responsible and able to work independently
