Roles and Responsibilities

Job Role: Corporate Legal Associate

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements

• Policy drafting and legal advisory

• Handling corporate and commercial litigation documentation

• Managing client communication and expectations

• Leading and coordinating with the legal team

• Assisting with due diligence, licensing and compliance processes

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–3 years of relevant legal experience (Freshers are not eligible)

• Strong background in contract law, corporate advisory and litigation

• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability in client handling and team leadership
