Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Court appearances in various forums

• Drafting of petitions, replies and applications before courts

• Drafting and filing of Trademark, Copyright and Design applications, counter-statements and replies

• Legal research and support in IP prosecution and litigation matters

Eligibility Criteria

• Law graduate with 0–2 years of experience

• Duly enrolled with the Bar Council and AIBE passed

• Strong command over English and good legal drafting skills

• Prior experience in IP drafting and prosecution is preferable

• Minimum 6 months of legal work experience required
