Job Roles and Responsibilities

The firm is hiring Junior Associates for its TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), Data and Fintech practices. Selected candidates will:

• Work on advisory and regulatory matters

• Assist with legal compliance, sourcing and digitisation issues

• Handle complex technology transactions, including licensing, outsourcing and tech sale/market entry agreements
  (Note: This role does not involve tech M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital structuring)

Eligibility Criteria

• Law graduates with 1–2 years of law firm experience

• Candidates who have consistently advised or assisted large international corporates

• Open to applicants with experience in cross-border M&A or Private Equity (excluding those with primary experience in VC structuring)

• Looking for ambitious, driven professionals interested in transitioning into the TMT – Data – Fintech space
