Write Article for Issue-I Volume-I

To maintain high academic and professional standards, submitted Articles must adhere to the following guidelines. Submissions not meeting the following guidelines may be subject to revision or rejection:

1. Article shall have a word range between 700 and 2,500 words.
2. Authors shall ensure that their submission is authentic, original and free from AI. The plagiarism limit is strictly capped at 20%.
3. Article may be divided in Sub-headings for better reading experience.
4. The article (in docx format) shall be submitted by emailing it to submit@fawyerz.in.
5. The submission email may include a brief author biography (not exceeding 100 words) with the author’s full name, designation, professional affiliation, email and LinkedIn profile link.
6. Submissions for this Issue is closing on 20 April. 

Review of Article Submitted on Fawyerz.in

1. All submissions shall undergo a review process. The possible outcomes of the review process include:
2. Acceptance for direct publication, if the article meets all requirements.
   Suggestions for revision, in which case the author will receive feedback within 30 days and will be required to make necessary modifications before final approval.
3. Rejection without further communication if the submission does not meet the required standards. If no response is received within 30 days of submission, the article may be deemed rejected.

Credits for Publishing Article on Fawyerz.in

Once your Article is Published on fawyerz.in, you will receive an email regarding the same within 30 days from the date of publishing with the following:

1. A LinkedIn profile URL of the author shall be displayed beneath the published article, ensuring professional acknowledgment and enhanced visibility within the legal community.
2. Authors shall receive a Certificate of Publication from Fawyerz Inculcatelaw LLP.
3. The published Article shall be disseminated across multiple platforms including but not limited to Linkedin, ensuring maximum visibility to a broad audience of legal professionals, scholars, researchers and laymen.
4. Exceptional Articles may have the opportunity to be featured in “Fawyerz’s – Top 10 Legal Articles” category, gaining additional recognition.
